Moderate and manage the community, keep conversations thoughtful, engaging, and valuable, and help maintain a high-quality member experience.

We are building a fashion engine designed to make style discovery smarter, sharper, and far more personal. We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer to help us build the intelligence layer behind that experience.

You’ll work on shaping how AI understands fashion, style preferences, aesthetics, and discovery.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Understand LLMs and prompt engineering deeply
• Know how to get consistent, high-quality outputs from AI systems
• Think in logic, systems, and structured workflows
• Are curious about recommendation, personalization, and discovery
• Can turn messy inputs into intelligent outputs

What you’ll do

We’re looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse of fashion, culture and the internet.

Someone who can spot what’s starting to become a thing before it becomes a thing — and turn that observation into a content opportunity for Sister:Sister.

You’ll keep an eye on fashion conversations, emerging trends, creators, cultural moments, formats and shifts in how women are discovering and talking about style. Then you’ll help translate those observations into what we should make, how we should say it and where we should take the conversation.

This is part trend-watching, part cultural research, part creative strategy.

You’ll be expected to:

• Constantly discover new fashion and cultural conversations
• Identify trends before they become mainstream
• Find interesting stories, people, ideas and conversations worth owning
• Develop content concepts and recurring formats for Sister:Sister
• Think about what our audience will want to discover next
• Track what is working across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, fashion media and the wider internet
• Turn observations into clear, compelling content briefs
• Help shape Sister:Sister’s editorial voice and content universe
