Someone who follows runway, trends, style, culture—and naturally understands what feels relevant. You know what’s chic, what’s tired, and what’s worth paying attention to. Basically, someone who just gets it.

What you’ll do:
Moderate and manage the community, keep conversations thoughtful, engaging, and valuable, and help maintain a high-quality member experience.

Keep our fashion and content lens sharp.

We’re intentionally building lean. You’ll work across multiple fronts and help shape Sister:Sister as we grow.

Fair warning: this role involves a lot of fashion. Like… a lot. Fashion, trends, style conversations, and women with excellent taste. Could be worse.

We are building a fashion engine designed to make style discovery smarter, sharper, and far more personal. We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer to help us build the intelligence layer behind that experience.

You’ll work on shaping how AI understands fashion, style preferences, aesthetics, and discovery.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Understand LLMs and prompt engineering deeply
• Know how to get consistent, high-quality outputs from AI systems
• Think in logic, systems, and structured workflows
• Are curious about recommendation, personalization, and discovery
• Can turn messy inputs into intelligent outputs
